L'incinération à bord, est autorisée lorsqu'elle est effectuée dans un incinérateur à déchets répondant aux dispositions des Résolutions MEPC 76 (40) et MEPC 96 (45) relatives aux incinérateurs de bord et aux significations correspondantes.
