La Société KEBO ENERGY SA, doit constituer une provision pour la constitution du gisement dont le montant maximum est fixé à Dix pour cent (10%) du bénéfice imposable de l'entreprise à la fin de chaque exercice, conformément aux dispositions de l'Article 178 du Code Minier.
