De l'interdiction de participation aux procédures de transfert de biens publics Les personnes visées à l'article 4 de la présente Loi ne peuvent participer, à leur propre compte, directement ou indirectement, à toute procédure d'attribution, de privatisation, de cession, de concession, de bail ou de toute autre forme de transfert de biens publics.
