Le Comité de pilotage du Recensement Administratif à Vocation d'Etat Civil (PN-RAVEC) se réunit une fois à la fin de chaque trimestre sur convocation de son Président. Les décisions prises en délibération peuvent faire l'objet de communication en Conseil des Ministres.
