Est et demeure rapporté le Décret D/99/068/ PRG/SGG du 02 Août 1999, attribuant le terrain bâti abritant le Complexe immobilier « RESIDENCE 2000», sis à Coléah Moussoudougou, Commune de Matam, Conakry, à la Société d'Investissement des Projets Domiciliaires et Constructifs.
