De l'interdiction d'acquisition de biens publics Il est interdit aux personnes visées aux dispositions des articles 4 et 5 de la présente Loi d'acquérir, directement ou indirectement, à titre gratuit ou onéreux, un bien appartenant à l'Etat, à ses démembrements, aux collectivités locales ou aux sociétés à participation publique, aux entreprises publiques ou établissements administratifs et institutions de la République autres que le Président de la République.
