De la déclaration des conflits d'intérêts Tout titulaire de fonction publique est tenu de déclarer tout conflit d'intérêt existant ou potentiel en lien avec l'acquisition d'un bien public ou l'attribution ou la passation d'un marché public qui le concerne directement ou indirectement et de s'abstenir de participer aux décisions concernées.
