Décret — PORTANT ATTRIBUTIONS, ORGANISATION ET FONCTIONNEMENT DE L'INSPECTION GENERALE DU MINISTERE DE L'ENERGIE, DE L'HYDRAULIQUE ET DES HYDROCARBURES
Aucun membre du Conseil d'Administration ne peut, pendant la durée de son mandat, occuper un emploi rémunéré au FGPE S.A., ni passer des conventions ou marchés à titre onéreux au nom de la Société.
