Décret — PORTANT CREATION, ATTRIBUTIONS, ORGANISATION ET FONCTIONNEMENT DE L’OFFICE NATIONAL DE L’ETAT CIVIL ET DE L’IDENTIFICATION (ONECI)
Il est créé un Etablissement Public Administratif (EPA) dénommé Office National de l'Etat Civil et de l'Identification, en abrégé (ONECI), placé sous la tutelle technique du Ministère en charge de l'Administration du Territoire et de la Décentralisation et sous la tutelle financière du Ministère en charge des Finances.
