THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAT AND THE SPECIALISED INSTITUTIONS The Community shall determine the global integration policies and strategies to be adopted and define the integration objectives and programmes of all the institutions of the Community. The Executive Secretariat shall be responsible for harmonising and co-ordinating all activities and programmes of the institutions of the Community within the context of regional integration.
