HARMONISATION OF POLICIES IN OTHER AREAS Subject to the provisions of this Treaty, Member States undertake to consult with one another, through appropriate Community institutions, for the purpose of harmonising and co-ordination their respective policies in all other fields not specifically covered by this Treaty for the efficient functioning and development of the Community and for the implementation of the provisions of this Treaty. 40 40 ECOWAS REVISED TREATY CHAPTER XIII.
