INSTITUTIONS 1. The Institutions of the Community shall be: a) the Authority of Heads of State and Government; b) the Council of Ministers; c) the Community Parliament; d) the Economic and Social Council; f) the Executive Secretariat; g) h) the Community Court of Justice; the Fund for Co-operation, Compensation and Development; Specialised Technical Commissions; and i) Any other institutions that may be established by the Authority. 2.
