Article 11 — CEDEAO Traite-1975

Tribunal of the Community 1. There shall be established a Tribunal of the Community which shall ensure the observance of law and justice in the interpretation of the provisions of this Treaty. Furthermore, it shall be charged with the responsibility of settling such disputes as may be referred to it in accordance with Article 56 of this Treaty. 2. The composition, competence, statutes and other matters relating to the Tribunal shall be prescribed by the Authority.
